Continuing Care & Safety Practices
Although we are no longer in the height of the COVID-19 crisis, many continue to carry its effects in different ways. I remain attentive to your comfort and well-being, offering flexible options and maintaining health-conscious practices to create a space that feels safe, steady, and supportive.
What You Can Expect:
I continue to stay informed of local and state public health guidance and will adjust practices as needed to prioritize safety and access to care. Below is what you can expect at this time:
✔️ Telehealth Options Available
Secure virtual sessions remain available for those who prefer meeting from the comfort of their own space. Telehealth continues to be a convenient and effective option for many clients.
✔️ In-Person Sessions Welcome
In-person appointments are available. The office is maintained as a clean, ventilated, and welcoming space. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, I kindly ask that you reschedule or shift to a virtual session.
✔️ Support for Ongoing Impacts
If you are navigating lingering health effects, anxiety, grief, burnout, or other challenges connected to the pandemic years, you are not alone. These experiences are real and valid, and support is available.
✔️ Current & Relevant Information
Practice policies are reviewed regularly to ensure they reflect present needs. The focus remains on your well-being, access to care, and creating a space where you feel steady and supported.
