Medicine Wheel teachings and holistic wellness.

My work centers on self-worth, self-care, and l

life transitions and personal growth. I help

individuals deepen their connection to 

themselves, to nature and the communities

people. Both telehealth and in-person

Sessions are available.

 

Please note that I operate on a private pay

basis only. I accept payment via cash, check,

Apple Pay, Zelle, and a credit card (with an
