Medicine Wheel teachings and wellness.

My work centers on self-worth, self-care, and l

life transitions and personal growth. I help

individuals deepen their connection to 

themselves, to nature and the communities

around them. I support people where they are​

at right now.

everyone is welcome. With over 25 years of 

experience, I integrate evidence-based

therapies with a whole-person approach

available both in person and via telehealth.

basis only. I accept payment via cash, check,

Apple Pay, Zelle, and a credit card (with an

additional processing fee for credit card use).
